MASSENA, NY - Winthrop-based State Police arrested JOSEPH M. COUSINS, Age 22 of Massena, NY for 2nd-Degree Burglary yesterday.

Police allege that Cousins entered a residence in Fort Jackson, New York and took a pager off the end stand in the living room and an unknown amount of cash from the owner's purse.

Cousins was arraigned in the Town of Hopkinton Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secured bond.

He is scheduled to reappear in the Town of Hopkinton Court on June 3rd, 2009 at 8:00 PM.
