LONGVIEW, Wash. (AP) — The Cowlitz County sheriff's office
said a driver went at least three miles on I-5 near Castle Rock in
reverse. Deputy Ryan Cruser said a 41-year-old Canadian was arrested
about 8:30 p.m. Thursday after his car stopped in the middle of the
northbound lanes. He laughed as deputies approached and refused to get
out his rented car.The Daily News of Longview reports deputies broke a window and used a Taser to subdue him. He was held for a mental evaluation.
