MASSENA, NY - Massena-based State Police arrested Cheyenne S. Jacobs, 24, of Hogansburg for Driving While Intoxicated following a traffic stop on State Route 37 Saturday. Police say that while traveling east on State Route 37, Jacobs was observed swerving across the center line several times. When police initiated the traffic stop, they say that Jacobs also failed to signal as he pulled to the side of the roadway. He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with a BAC over .08%, Failure to Keep Right, and Failure to Signal. He was released on appearance tickets, all returnable to the Town of Massena Court on July 8th, 2009 at 1:30 pm.
