AAUW Elects New Officers: The St. Lawrence
County Branch, AAUW recently installed new officers for 2009-2011 at their
annual meeting in Potsdam.

join President Lisa Wilson, Norwood, Educational Foundation VP Lyn
Burkett, Potsdam, and Program VP
Sue Bellor, Massena as the elected leadership team
for the branch. AAUW advances equity for
women and girls through advocacy, education and research. AAUW is a powerful
advocate and visible leader in equity and education through research,
philanthropy, and measurable change in critical areas impacting the lives of
women and girls. In principle and practice AAUW values and seeks a diverse
membership. There are barriers to full participation in AAUW on the basis of
