Waddington Man Jailed for Contempt |

WADDINGTON, NY - State Police arrested Edward G. Hill, 34, of Waddington was arrested for 2nd-Degree Criminal Contempt and Violation of Probation. According to police, Hill allowed contact between a 10-year-old Brasher Falls girl and a separate third party in violation of a no-contact Family Court Order of Protection. Hill was arraigned in the Town of Madrid Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 secured bond. He is to reappear in the Town of Waddington Court on August 5th, 2009 at 6:00 pm.
