MASSENA, NY - Massena-based State Police arrested Ronald G. Oneil II, 54, of Nicholville for DWI and other charges yesterday afternoon.Police say that Oneil was stopped for Driving with a Revoked License on State Route 37C in the Town of Massena. Oneil was administered an AlcoTest which, according to police, resulted in a reported BAC of .21%. Oneil was charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI, and 1st-Degree Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. He was arraigned in the Town of Massena Court before Justice Sharlow and released to the supervision of the St. Lawrence County Department of Probation to reappear in the Town of Massena Court on August 19th, 2009 at 5:00 pm.
