POTSDAM, NY - Students have returned to Potsdam and the police have ramped up their efforts accordingly.  Potsdam Police arrested 12 individuals between Thursday night and early this morning.

 police allege that Kane stole some flowers from a residence on Pierrepont Ave. and took them to his residence.  When Police  arrived to arrest him, they allegedly found him to be in possession of both the flowers and a marijuana smoking device.
