POTSDAM, NY - Potsdam Police arrested 9 individuals for a variety of charges yesterday and early this morning.

Austin J. Melleon, 19, of Queensbury, NY was ticketed for Speeding - 52 in a 30 zone on Maple Street.

Alma B Piscitello, 37, of Happauge, NY was ticketed for Speeding - 47 in a 30 zone on Maple Street.

John A. Stadnicki, 40, of West Chester, PA was ticketed for Open Container in a Motor Vehicle.  

Kristen H. Napiorski, 35, of West Chester, PA was ticketed for Aggravated DWI, Refusal to Take Breath Test, Inadequate Headlights, and Inadequate Taillights.  Police say that her BAC was .22%

Kristen M. Austin, 22, of Potsdam, NY - was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Unnecessary Noise.

Steven T. Lilly, 19, of Cold Spring, NY - was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Matthew R. Raymond, 21, of Malone, NY - was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Dean D. Barber, 20, of Potsdam, NY - was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

Kyle T. Hull, 21, of Oneida, NY was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
