WINTHROP, NY - Winthrop-based State Police arrested Timothy J. Herne, 18, of Hogansburg, NY on Sunday.

Herne was charged with 1st-Degree Unlawfully Dealing with a Child for allegedly purchasing alcohol and giving it to three 15-year-old girls in the Town of Bombay.

Herne was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Bombay Court on October 13th, 2009 at 6:00 pm.
