OGDENSBURG, NY - St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies arrested David P. Wall, 40, of Ogdensburg, NY on Tuesday 10/27/09. Allegations are that around 7:20 a.m. on 10/03/09, the subject and a co-defendant were seen on private property on the Sand Road in the Town of Lisbon, with marijuana plants that had an aggregate weight of more than 1 lb.

The defendant was charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the second degree, a Class D felony, and Trespass, a violation of New York state penal law.

Wall was arraigned in Ogdensburg City Court by Judge George Silver, and was released under the supervision of the Probation Department, to reappear in Lisbon Town Court at a later date. Deputies state more arrests are pending.
