POTSDAM, NY -- Richard M. White, 49, of Ballston Lake, NY was observed on the morning of 10/27/09 failing to stop for a pedestrian in the crosswalk on Main Street in Potsdam.

Several hours later, James M. Maloney, 29, of Phippsburg, ME, failed to stop for a pedestrian in the crosswalk on Main Street in Potsdam.

Both individuals were issued traffic tickets, returnable in Potsdam Village Court on 11/19/09.
