POTSDAM, NY -- On Sunday 10/25/09, Potsdam police responded to a report of a party where marijuana and alcohol were being used. SUNY Potsdam student Logan S. McLain, 20, of Newark Valley, NY, was arrested on charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Alcohol with Intent to Consume. Also arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana were SUNY Potsdam students Kyle R. Vuillaume, 20, of Burnt Hills, NY and Nicole M. Crane, 19, of Clinton, NY, Utica College student Kimberly R. Silverman, 19, of Clinton, NY, and a 16-year-old female from Clinton, NY.All were issued appearance tickets to return to the Village of Potsdam Court on 11/11/09 at 9:30 a.m.
