LOWVILLE, NY - On 11/03/09, Lowville-based State Police arrested Heather M. Delperuto, 28, of Lowville, on State Route 12 in the Town of Turin, Lewis County, for DWI, DWI with BAC > .08, speed in zone, uninspected motor vehicle, and broken windshield.

The arrest stemmed from a vehicle stop. The Defendant preformed a breath test with the results being .14% BAC. Ms. Delperuto is to appear in the Town of Turin Court on 11/24/09 at 7:00pm.
